Mariposa is Nice! My Apartment complex is Average. There's not many negative things to say about it. It's just as simple as that! It was built in the 1980s, and I can fairly say that, it's been holding it's ground. Although, it can use some remodeling to catch up with the "new aged apartments," I would rather it stay the way it is to eliminate the rent increase. The neighborhood it lovely, the residence are peaceful, respectful and awesome!
