I met with Todd a few days ago to see if he might repair the zigzag springs on the bottom of one of my dining chairs. He repaired my chair on the spot, while I waited, all while being incredibly pleasant and friendly. In this day and age, it was such a pleasure to be treated so well, and I highly recommend 6535 Industries.
