Great customer service! They get you in and out as quickly as possible without feeling rushed, Very thorough, reasonably priced. Just can’t say enough good things about the whole team! 10/10
I went today to have my wisdom teeth looked at, and they did the extractions the same day. I couldn’t hardly eat and it hurt to shut my mouth completely. Yes, I’m in pain from the extractions but it’s so worth it. The Dr and the staff members were super nice to me and made sure I was good the whole way through. They’re amazing!
I had the best experience at this dental office of my life. The front desk girls were very polite and respectful, and they greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in. Ruby was the best. She went out of her way to ask me how my day was going and how I was feeling, and that meant a lot to me. She then explained my treatment plan in detail, which was the best experience ever. I had an emergency while visiting from Saint Louis and my wisdom tooth cracked in half, I tried to have it taken out a year prior but was so terrified I chickened out after having a full blown meltdown inside of STL urgent dental who didn’t seem to care if I was in pain or not. My experience here was the OPPOSITE of my previous one. The dentist and assistants were so kind and gentle. I didn’t even realize my wisdom tooth was out and he said “all right miss you’re all done”. 7 days in Anderson is Awesome. They take care of my whole family’s dental needs. All the staff is wonderful. The Dentists here are awesome and they have the best reception Ruby and Brooklyn who always make the schedule work in your favor!!!!!
