Changing review from 5 stars to 1. My first appointment everyone was so nice and my only problem was getting my prescription in a timely manner and having to pester for it to be sent. I needed my wisdom teeth removed and thought they were great so went ahead and scheduled it. The oral surgeon was over an HOUR AND A HALF LATE. He didn’t numb the left side enough at first, he had to re-numb me numerous times, he cut my tongue with the amnesia needle, he also cut and stitched part of my inner cheek on the left side and didn’t d... read more
I was very happy with my initial visit with Quyan Tran and she made me feel very comfortable. I felt the staff was accommodating and helpful so ai'm looking forward 2 my next visit so I can update on services. Thnx
Dr Malih and his Assistant was awesome during the whole procedure. Dr. Malih walk me through the whole procedure and what to expect afterwords and how to care. Only thing i can say the receptionist wasn't so bright. Smiling greeting is essential for business. I believe they should practice more often
The bilingual secretary was super friendly, they treated us super well and we were super happy. It was an excellent service, especially for my daughter, since today was her first appointment with the dentist. So if you have little ones in the family this place is nice.
Staff was pleasantly kind and their services was professional. They explained in detail my dental issues as well as a cost effective treatment plan. I needed a cavity fixed and they were gentle and compassionate the whole time.
