I walked into the store to buy a bottle of Jasmine tea about 5:20pm on 11/29. A group of female employees were talking in their language. I approached the checkout counter but no one paid attention immediately. When an employee finally came to assist she didn’t even greet nor thank me for purchase!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Cashier was very rude. She said she was trying to tell me there was an atm in the store but I was too busy on my phone and she wasn't going to compete with "my technology". I was on my phone using my Google pay to pay for my ice cream... the only reason I was even looking for an atm because for the holo card 3 day bus pass they only take cash which she failed to mention on the phone when I had called. Bought 6 different sushi rolls, 6-piece pork hash, and a mango tapioca pudding for a total of $32.48. This would cost probably $70-100 at a sushi restaurant. The sushi tastes almost as good as the restaurant for a third of the price. The pork hash is also tasty. The mango tapioca is a little too sweet, so it's not as good as the coconut tapioca. The store was clean. There are a variety of hot foods and refrigerated food that you can eat right away or some that you need to microwave a couple of minutes.

DON’T RELOAD YOUR HOLO CARDS HERE!! When we were visiting Hawaii last February, we went to this 7-Eleven location to reload our three Holo Cards. First of all, no one knew what to do. Five people were standing around trying to figure it out, while the line behind us got longer and longer. When they finally figured out how to put money (we were paying in cash) on the cards, we were told we couldn’t put the total on that we wanted. I saw a guy, not a worker just sitting on the fixture where there should be food or pastries and such. My cashier didn't say anything like, I can help you . He just waived his hand, come here. And it was because he was chewing beetle nut during work.
