So... my boyfriend and I went into this 711 to get gas and get some food. The cashier was telling the customer ahead of us that he didn't have change for big bills in the register. All I had on me was $100 dollar bill. So I couldn't get gas that I really needed. Convenient stores should have change. And the service in that store wasn't very good either.
Went in and paid for gas. The man at the counter took my $100 bill and changed it without using the safe then I went to my car and he hadn't turned on the pump. I went back in and he said I never paid..which clearly I did and he made me pay another $20. I am also disabled and asked for help removing the pump after a nice man put it in but the man at the counter refused. This was around 5 p.m. on this last Wednesday
Everytime I come here( closest to work) soda machines are down food area nasty and always overcooked and old food like pizza that is visibly nasty to even look at. Hotdogs that have shriveled and burn marks from sitting so long. The 1 lady that works there is rude and bickering with every other customer and always looking to say someone is stealing. What a freakin joke, I wanted to redeem my points to get a free large pizza, and I redeemed my points, set my coworker to pick up the pizza and they told him that it needed to be placed on the app before my points could be redeemed. This is not true. I called another store nearby to fact check this and they said all I needed was the barcode and that’s it, in all honesty it felt like they said I couldn’t do anything because they didn’t want to do anything bro I just want lunch
We checked twice today, several hours apart, and their slurpee machine has been down for 3+ hours. The place looks run down and dirty as well. Will not return.
