Went in and paid for gas. The man at the counter took my $100 bill and changed it without using the safe then I went to my car and he hadn't turned on the pump. I went back in and he said I never paid..which clearly I did and he made me pay another $20. I am also disabled and asked for help removing the pump after a nice man put it in but the man at the counter refused. This was around 5 p.m. on this last Wednesday
Everytime I come here( closest to work) soda machines are down food area nasty and always overcooked and old food like pizza that is visibly nasty to even look at. Hotdogs that have shriveled and burn marks from sitting so long. The 1 lady that works there is rude and bickering with every other customer and always looking to say someone is stealing. What a freakin joke, I wanted to redeem my points to get a free large pizza, and I redeemed my points, set my coworker to pick up the pizza and they told him that it needed to be placed on the app before my points could be redeemed. This is not true. I called another store nearby to fact check this and they said all I needed was the barcode and that’s it, in all honesty it felt like they said I couldn’t do anything because they didn’t want to do anything bro I just want lunch
Look elsewhere. Pumps are super slow. Pump buttons also kept canceling my transaction when it asked me to press the "pay outside with credit" button, which BTW is located in a weird spot. Gas prices were also high compared to other local stations but I was in a hurry (ironic huh)?
Last night at around 8:10pm, I went in to get some hot taquitos. I looked around to see if I wanted anything else and then went to get some. Looked around for gloves and there were none or I thought I didn't see them. I asked Shia (short, dark hair lady working) if there was any more gloves and she told me "there's tongs". I told her I didn't want to use the tongs without gloves and asked if she would get me a couple. She said "it's self served".
