Well kept apartment building, spacious studios , sound proof, and well cared for. I have rented from slumlords before, Reds Realty is one, and Relax Haven the absolute worst. I've been overcharged in the past for a home or apartment that's nothing more than an uninsulated box. With poor and negligent fixes, and questionable billing practices. I''m a fan. I used to live where cameras and doors were always broken or not secure, but I enjoy the location here and the fact that it is well maintained.
They made the move in process seamless. The only thing wrong was my mailbox was broken when I moved in but they fixed that right away. Thank you!!
This place is a nuisance.
