I can always trust 718 to get the job done right and in a timely manner. Rich has been so helpful and friendly every time he has come for a job. He’s replaced old pipes for me, unclogged my sewer trap, installed water filters…just to name a few. I’ve always been very happy with the work. His boss Anthony is great too. He has come to give his input on projects or work I’m thinking about on multiple occasions and is always so down to earth and honest.

We had a very clogged kitchen drain pipe at my elderly mother’s apartment. I appreciate Richie’s responsiveness in answering our call and setting a time to fix it. He was upfront about the price, which was very fair, and accepts Zelle payments so I didn’t have to run over there to pay him. He worked quickly and efficiently and even checked the bathroom sink drainage to make sure we were all clear. Highly recommend Richie and will keep his number handy for our future plumbing needs.

From start to finish the team at 718 sewer were nothing but perfect. We had a hot water heater leak at our house in Farmingdale, Rich was there within the time frame they gave us, had a new heater installed that same day in just a few hours, they even took the old tank away! I will always be giving them my business! Thank you guys so much
