Great service, I spoke to Jimmy first and he was so kind and informative. Then I made an appointment and Victor did an outstanding job for my bathroom and kitchen. He was knowledgeable and very skilled. Thank you so much! I have 718 Sewer and Drain on speed dial!

We have used 718 for a few years and they are always great. Easy to schedule, always on time and always a great crew. They replaced a sump pump for us and have been providing annual maintenance as well.

I can always trust 718 to get the job done right and in a timely manner. Rich has been so helpful and friendly every time he has come for a job. He’s replaced old pipes for me, unclogged my sewer trap, installed water filters…just to name a few. I’ve always been very happy with the work. His boss Anthony is great too. He has come to give his input on projects or work I’m thinking about on multiple occasions and is always so down to earth and honest.

Use them every year to do a preemptive pipe cleaning since our building is old. Great service and always gets the job done. Richie tends to work the bay ridge area and does a great job.
