We had a very clogged kitchen drain pipe at my elderly mother’s apartment. I appreciate Richie’s responsiveness in answering our call and setting a time to fix it. He was upfront about the price, which was very fair, and accepts Zelle payments so I didn’t have to run over there to pay him. He worked quickly and efficiently and even checked the bathroom sink drainage to make sure we were all clear. Highly recommend Richie and will keep his number handy for our future plumbing needs.

We've had great experiences with 718 Sewer and Drain. They're very reliable, show up on time, and do excellent work. There has been no attempts at "upselling" or trying to get us to do unnecessary work. We trust them and if they came to us and said "You need to do X to fix the problem", we would do X.

I kept getting clogs in the main line, 718 Sewer and Drain Inc. came in and diagnosed the issue. My line was snaked and pressure cleaned then they brought in the camera and checked the line and provided me with the footage. Everything is fine now. They even provided me with tips on how to prevent build up in the main line. Prices are always an issue when it comes to plumbing, but I didn't feel ripped off at the end. Very professional, would recommend.

Wasn't a current customer, and had a massive ceiling leak on a Sunday morning. Got a referral to 718 Sewer & Drain and they came out within an hour, assessed the situation, and came back the next day and replaced two pipes and cleaned everything up. Great service, fast, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!
