I had an incredible experience here! I wanted to browse for rings and the jeweler was extremely helpful! I booked an appointment via phone and the jeweler was very proactive to accommodate my requests. She even got me a video from a diamond that had no image on the website! I made my decision quickly on which ring to buy! Overall a great experience and definetely recommended!
We booked an appointment for wedding rings, got an answer very quickly and seamlessly. The information to reach the showroom was very easy to understand and the location where 77 is located is really a prime location of Zurich. The appointment was very relaxed, we could try all the rings and talk about all the options. Also, we were given some tips in general.
