We booked an appointment for wedding rings, got an answer very quickly and seamlessly. The information to reach the showroom was very easy to understand and the location where 77 is located is really a prime location of Zurich. The appointment was very relaxed, we could try all the rings and talk about all the options. Also, we were given some tips in general. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Racha, who helped us in such an important moment. Thank you very much.
I had an incredible experience here! I wanted to browse for rings and the jeweler was extremely helpful! I booked an appointment via phone and the jeweler was very proactive to accommodate my requests. She even got me a video from a diamond that had no image on the website! I made my decision quickly on which ring to buy! Overall a great experience and definetely recommended!
At first I was very impressed with the service, they answered me right away, there were some nuances with the order, but we decided. And now when it's time to book a visit to select the ring, they haven't answered me for 3 days and they ignore my emails and WhatsApp messages, I completely agree with the reviews below, as soon as it comes time to select my order, they start ignoring me. At the moment, no one has answered me for the third day, they don't even tell me when there are free dates and times.
absolutely disappointed with this store! After the payment for our wedding rings was made, we were completely abandoned as customers. We were never informed in writing that our rings had arrived at the store, and despite multiple attempts to get in touch, we received no communication whatsoever. We were left completely in the dark.
