I was even looking forward to the re-sizing appointments as we needed to go just one size down to fit perfectly and to not be worried it would fall. Amazing experience and craftsmanship! Their service was perfect from beginning to end, and Majli was extremely helpful and supportive! My now-fiancée loved the ring, and this was in many ways thanks to their support when designing the ring, making the 3D CAD models, taking my feedback, and finally making the ring very quickly. The waiting times were already quite long, but I accepted that since I would still have the rings in time for the ceremony. Then, just one day before the scheduled pickup, I was informed that the rings were stuck at customs and we had to reschedule. We pushed the appointment a week later.
