Based on this experience, I would unfortunately not recommend purchasing from 77 Diamonds. The main issue has been the lack of flexibility regarding appointments, as available dates are consistently fully booked. In addition, I have not received responses to several emails sent in an attempt to arrange an appointment. Simply exceptional!! I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The quality is outstanding and the prices are very competitive. The customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the team at the Zurich showroom was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Delivery was also quick and seamless.
