Definitely recommend. Me and my fiancé had a great experience, specifically with Lorna. She provides excellent customer care and I really appreciated it. And for the ring, it is simply breathtaking. We had to resize as it was a surprise engagement and the process went very smoothly.

The Burger King of jewelers. Have it your way - or at least that’s what it feels like until you’re denied a refund unless you choose something else off the assembly line. That’s what the experience was like for me: my fiancée wasn’t happy with my choice in ring, so I tried returning it per their 30-day guarantee. I had an incredible experience here! I wanted to browse for rings and the jeweler was extremely helpful! I booked an appointment via phone and the jeweler was very proactive to accommodate my requests. She even got me a video from a diamond that had no image on the website! I made my decision quickly on which ring to buy! Overall a great experience and definetely recommended!
