Just bought a beautiful Platinum Zeta Round Diamond Ring (for Engagement) from 77 Diamonds. Nada Khaled was absolutely awesome. Personally I thought we were taking way too long but Nada was so patient with us in choosing. We must have come to the showroom 4 or 5 times before finally deciding. I didn't ever feel pushed into buying which was really nice. Extremely Disappointed We ordered a proposal ring from the UK, understanding the delivery would take 1.5 months – which was acceptable. However, we were not informed about the additional AED 950 charge upon delivery. That was a complete surprise. When the ring finally arrived, it was one size too small.
