What a guy Alex, amazing experience so helpful and understanding Normally I should’ve picked up the ring on Friday but something came up and I couldn’t go that day any more, so I needed to go today but he was fully booked, but then I asked if he couldn’t do anything seeing that I was already in Geneva, otherwise I would need to drive 6 hours again another day. Alex just gave up on his lunch break, just like that, so he can book me a place, so helpful Thank you very much!
I went to the Geneva office of 77 Diamonds to have my engagement ring resized. Alex was lovely to work with and helped me in selecting the right size adjustment - it was not an easy decision. I am very happy with the end result and the services received from beginning to end. I used the WhatsApp chat service to book my appointment, and even that experience was smooth.
Alex in Geneva couldn’t have been nicer and more welcoming. He took his time showing me all the samples and helped me choose the right setting for my pink diamond. I can’t wait to see the finished product! Rose gold with a light pink cushion cut lab diamond, also purchased with Alex’s help.
