We were a little apprehensive at first of the company but we took leap of faith and we haven’t been disappointed. I needed my ring to be resized and Alex and Natalia were proactive to schedule an appointment and very accommodating to our schedules. Alex created a great customer experience for which is a solid representation of putting the customer first.

What a guy Alex, amazing experience so helpful and understanding Normally I should’ve picked up the ring on Friday but something came up and I couldn’t go that day any more, so I needed to go today but he was fully booked, but then I asked if he couldn’t do anything seeing that I was already in Geneva, otherwise I would need to drive 6 hours again another day. Alex just gave up on his lunch break, just like that, so he can book me a place, so helpful Thank you very much!

Alex in Geneva couldn’t have been nicer and more welcoming. He took his time showing me all the samples and helped me choose the right setting for my pink diamond. I can’t wait to see the finished product! Rose gold with a light pink cushion cut lab diamond, also purchased with Alex’s help.
