I'm no jewelry expert, and had no clue about ring designs, diamond quality, or cost. I booked an appointment with Alexandra, one of their jewelry specialists. Amazing service from start to finish! We bought our engagement ring, had it repaired, and later got our eternity ring from 77 Diamonds — every time they’ve been incredibly helpful, both online and in-store. When our engagement ring had to be cut off, they repaired and polished it for almost nothing, and it looked brand new again! Truly top-notch customer care and beautiful jewellery. Highly recommend!
