The ability to choose the diamond itself was the main reason I went with 77diamonds and I couldn't be happier with the results. For anyone that cares about the 4Cs this is the main appeal. The staff is extremely helpful and eager to help, easy to talk to and very flexible. The service is soo good we decided to visit them in person for our wedding bands consultation. The result went above any expectations as the ring is absolutely stunning, no pictures or videos will ever be able to do it justice.
These guys are amazing!! Cannot recommend them enough. If you are lucky enough you might even get to deal with Joanna Candlish in the bespoke department. Got my partners engagement ring here. Wasn't really sure what to expect when i walked in but the service was straightforward, relaxed and not pushy. I actually changed the design after paying and they made the edits within an hour of my email request.
