The ability to choose the diamond itself was the main reason I went with 77diamonds and I couldn't be happier with the results. For anyone that cares about the 4Cs this is the main appeal. The staff is extremely helpful and eager to help, easy to talk to and very flexible. The service is soo good we decided to visit them in person for our wedding bands consultation. The result went above any expectations as the ring is absolutely stunning, no pictures or videos will ever be able to do it justice.
These guys are amazing!! Cannot recommend them enough. If you are lucky enough you might even get to deal with Joanna Candlish in the bespoke department. We had a great experience designing my engagement ring at 77 Diamonds in London. From Alexis who was friendly and helped us with the diamond selection, Sophie who understood exactly what I was looking for with the design & Lulu who was helpful with my resizing of the ring. There was a slight issue with the diamond being loose, but this was quickly resolved with great customer service. Very happy with the end result! Thank you.
I had taken my wedding ring in for professional clean and polish service after a hard fall that had my ring scratched. When I arrived, Lulu had greater me with a smile and explained me the entire process I should expect. She was incredibly helpful when I collected my ring as well, and very pleasant to deal with.
