We had an excellent experience with 77 Diamonds from start to finish. The ring is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and craftsmanship. Really nice appointment with Alexis, he helped us figure out what we wanted and was super knowledgeable. The first room we were in had a slightly headache inducing flickering light, but they were fine to move us to another room when we requested. It was nice to see a wide selection of rings and try them all on it real life, in a comfortable space, and we weren't pressured into making snap decisions like 'i'll offer you a special discount only if you buy today', which we experienced a lot of in Hatton Gardens stores.
