The consultation with Lara was very friendly, professional and honest, which made me feel comfortable and confident right away. Additionally, one well-deserved thanks goes to customer care team: they are really excellent at what they are doing. My man bought here the engagement ring and was planning to propose during our vacation with my family in my home country. Laura in the Munich showroom helped me with everything, I used another ring from my girlfriend and put it on my pinky to figure out the right size.
