I bought a beautiful engagement ring from 77 Diamonds in Munich, my fiance loved it. Rhe whole process was very smooth and pleasant! Laura in the Munich showroom helped me with everything, I used another ring from my girlfriend and put it on my pinky to figure out the right size. I cannot recommend 77 Diamonds enough, and it’s all thanks to Lara, who has truly made all my dreams come true! My partner worked closely with Lara to create my dream engagement ring, and as someone who used to work in diamond buying, I am not easy to please. If I could give zero stars I would. From the beginning, trying to set up an appointment, there were issues and bad customer service. We booked an appointment online to come in to see their rings, weeks later we call to inquire about our appointment coming up and they stated they have nothing on file from us, not an email or phone number in their system that we had scheduled an appointment.
