I bought a beautiful engagement ring from 77 Diamonds in Munich, my fiance loved it. Rhe whole process was very smooth and pleasant! Laura in the Munich showroom helped me with everything, I used another ring from my girlfriend and put it on my pinky to figure out the right size. If I could give zero stars I would. From the beginning, trying to set up an appointment, there were issues and bad customer service. We booked an appointment online to come in to see their rings, weeks later we call to inquire about our appointment coming up and they stated they have nothing on file from us, not an email or phone number in their system that we had scheduled an appointment. We purchased an engagement ring and an eternity ring from 77 Diamonds. Demi, our sales consultant, provided exceptionally professional and comprehensive advice throughout the entire process. The rings arrived approximately five weeks after placing the order, and they are absolutely beautiful. My fiancé and I have already been to the 77Diamonds Munich office twice, and each time, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Special shoutout to Demi Lyndem, who did her best to help us make the decision. :) The only negative thing was the delivery service, but 77Diamonds helped us get our ring so we would still stick to 5 stars
