The jewelry was perfect (wedding rings, earrings and pendant with diamonds). But the service was weak in the beginning, but improved later. At our first visit, we were consulted by a woman. She didn’t introduce herself, didn’t offer drinks, and the atmosphere was unfriendly. She spoke with arrogance - we felt tension, and at some point, I even wanted to leave. The location, right in the heart of the city, is ideal, and Nouf was exceptional—attentive, gracious, and genuinely welcoming. I had a great consultation with Carolina Freire about the engagement ring for my girlfriend. The consultation session was very well structured and Caroline was very patient with sharing her knowledge and recommendation about which ring would work best for my case. The end results looks beautiful. Overall I'd highly recommend 77 Diamonds and Carolina in particular if you are looking for high quality rings.
Very disappointing experience at the Berlin showroom. We were delayed due to a motorway closure but called in advance and had already sent a detailed email listing the exact rings we wanted to see. When we arrived, we were met by a young, helpless consultant who seemed completely unprepared and showed no initiative or flexibility. What was she doing the whole time while waiting for us?
