Almost kept the ring for myself. That's how good it was. We got our engagement ring from 77Diamonds and what can I say, the ring did the job before I even finished asking the question. She said yes, but honestly the ring had already convinced her. The packaging was super classy, pricing absolutely fair for what you get and the quality just speaks for itself. I did not have the greatest experience at 77diamonds Frankfurt. I especially travelled to Germany one day before so I can have an appointment and check some halo setting rings. I talked to customer support beforehand and I also discussed with Daniel (the agent that I have to meet ) in order to inform them about my needs. Customer support guaranteed that I can find most of the settings in every showroom. I was able to check only 2 out of many halo setting rings because that’s what was available. A special thanks to our consultant Daniel — he was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The quality of the rings is outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommended!
My ex girlfriend now fiancé loved the ring!!! The team helped me put my ideas in order and made the ring design render after visiting the showroom, which was great, but nothing in comparison to the actual ring. Service was excellent and made it work with me in a different country!
