Amazing! This is currently a furnished building being converted to an unfurnished building and I was able to rent the first unfurnished studio. I absolutely love it. Our resident manager is amazing and always takes care of things instantly. As a 1920's building with newly renovated rooms it is beautiful inside, and has wonderful stainless steel appliances.
