Natalie and Ashley were so great! I received laser hair removal and the appointment went exactly as I anticipated. Natalie was very knowledgably and easy to talk with. I know the process requires multiple appointments, but I can see a reduction in hair growth after my first visit. I am recommending 816 Med Spa to everyone!
I have been to 816 Med Spa several times and the experience is always 10/10. The nurse practitioner, Natalie, is knowledgeable and kind. She answers all my questions and offers recommendations. She is never pushy or tries to upsell me like some in the industry. I love the way my skin looks when Natalie is finished. She takes her time and truly is an artist. The facility is clean. I would highly recommend it!

It’s easy to see how experienced Kallie is in the way she completes her injections & makes it feel as painless as possible. She listens to what your concern areas are & does a great job in knowing which areas & muscles to inject. She is so knowledgable. My biggest concern is that I don’t want to look overdone & Kallie does a great job at making my injections subtle & look natural. I looked so refreshed & brighter after having her do my injections. Would highly recommend her!!
