I had such a great experience getting neurotoxin here. From the start, Haley took the time to walk me through the entire treatment and set very realistic expectations about results and timing. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I really appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable she was. It made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole process. The results look natural, exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend if you want someone who truly educates you and prioritizes your comfort.

My facial with Gabriell was AMAZING! She did a dermaplane on me and my skin is so smooth!! The service was very relaxing and comfortable, I think I fell asleep at some point! Not to mention the massage!! If you haven’t booked with her yet, you’re missing out. I know I’ll be back!
10/10 recommend. I loved the vibe when I walked in! The staff were welcoming and kind. They made you feel right at home! Hailey was super sweet, and I totally recommend booking with her! Very clean and beautiful facility, and excellent customer service as well!
Natalie and Ashley were so great! I received laser hair removal and the appointment went exactly as I anticipated. Natalie was very knowledgably and easy to talk with. I know the process requires multiple appointments, but I can see a reduction in hair growth after my first visit. I am recommending 816 Med Spa to everyone!
