Gates have been open and inoperable since just after we moved in. We have mentioned it to them several times and they just agree that there is an issue and they don’t work. Not exactly the secure storage I expected, and no sense of urgency on their part to make the repairs.
TERRIBLE place.. Nobody ever there.. If You need help you get to call their call center in india.. they also FORCE you to buy there $20 $30 dollar a month insurance that doesnt really cover anything..

If You need help you get to call their call center in india..get someone reading a script..sent then 5 emails never got one return email or call.. day one move in bugs all over the unit, spiders a d a bunchs of rat poop. along with rat killer pellets.. put one thing inside and decided to go elsewhere.. still havwnt been contacted or fixed.. oh they also FORCE you to buy there $20 $30 dollar a month insurance that doesnt really cover anything..
If you're late paying they will put their lock on the unit. Then expect you to remove their lock. I refused. Not mine and I didn't put it their. Took them 5 days to unlock it. They do not manage this facility locally.
Couldn't get into facility which is very annoying. Called the company to get it fixed. Jobel was very helpful and personally gets a 5 star. Not getting in creates a hassle which reduced to a 4 star overall
