Good building is getting better I have lived in this building for many years. It was purchased a while ago and is now maintained by a property management company. They have done a lot of upgrading as well as fixing structural problems, and at times that work creates inconveniences—but most of it seems necessary. The current resident property manager (Mr. J.F.) has made projects easier to deal with. Avoid at all costs!!! My wife was mugged outside of the building. Someone was murdered outside of the building. Thin walls, creaking ceilings every time your upstairs neighbor takes a step. Neighbors blare music, slam doors. Old building. Loud plumbing sounds through the wall. Management doesn't return emails. Lots of neighbor drama, especially on the second floor. They are updating units (annoying residents with endless construction) in an effort to rent these apartments at a higher price, but don't be fooled. Stay far, far... read more
