Good building is getting better I have lived in this building for many years. It was purchased a while ago and is now maintained by a property management company. They have done a lot of upgrading as well as fixing structural problems, and at times that work creates inconveniences—but most of it seems necessary. The current resident property manager (Mr. J.F.) has made projects easier to deal with.
