I love the voicemail services where I can manage and listen to my voicemails as they come to my email. This makes it great when I have to work from home and I don't have to take my phone with me. It's super easy to use and 8x8 makes my worklife easier and more efficient so I can focus more on the task at hand.
I have had this service for 7 years and have not had any major issue since. It’s very easy to use and customize.

8x8 is an overall great VOIP service option. Only things I would like to see improvement for is additional training and assistance options when they update the back office (how you control your automated system). Would also like to have phone upgrade/swap out options. We've had our same phones for about 10yrs, only option is to purchase new ones as if we were coming in brand new. Not a great incentive when our equipment is wearing out.

The performance and uptime/reliability has been very good with no issues. Service/support when I need it has always been there, and been responsive and helpful in solving any problems I have. Price is competitive.
