Hi, My name is Patricia Permaul and I work for Dr. Baron S. Lonner an orthepedic spine surgeon in New York. We are new clients to 8X8. I love the benefits that comes with having voice over IP, you can check your office voicemails from any where and your messages can be email to you. Also, if the internet goes off, you can have all the calls forwarded to your smart phone. I love the service and it's not expensive to have one flat rate for unlimitied calls in the united states. The customer service and tech support is very responsive and helpful. We have had some issues with the app, one thing I do not like is the nofication settings don't allow you to turn off notifcations unless you choose "mute until tomorrow" which I find irritating if I want to temporarily disable notifications without changing my business hours. 8x8's UCaaS product is solid and competes with the best out there. Their CCaaS product is lagging a little behind in reliability and system stability.

We have been with 8x8 for 3 years, and I feel that in that time our advancement from where we were technology wise and where we are now has advanced at least a decade. 8x8 has walked me through several complicated projects and made everything work as close to my imagination as possible.
