I woke up at 6 am to a flood coming out of my kitchen into three carpeted rooms. I sent an SOS email out to my neighbors about who to call. Lance and his crew were out within an hour of my call to set up fans and dryers and made sure all areas were addressed and completely dry. I won't have anyone else do my carpets. They turn out perfect. It is very old carpet and he makes them look brand new and I have trouble with pet areas and he does an excellent job . He is a gentleman and goes the extra mile to make sure he gets every area I wanted done. See you next year
