I really hope to never use a mold remediation company again, but if I do...I am calling 911-Dry. They did a great job in remediating our mold and adapting to the increase in moldy areas that were discovered. The job scope almost doubled, and they handled it with no problems. I like the detailed reports and communication.
Fantastic! Lance was a huge help when it came to my water emergency. I recently had a spill and was worried about water damage. He was prompt and courteous. Within 16 hours of me calling about build up of water in my crawlspace, they had a technician on site to look at it. They were very transparent about pricing beforehand, and what different services could cost--which I appreciated.
