911 Restoration was great! We had a water leak in the ceiling that damaged furniture and soaked the carpet. They were able to deal with the water, dry everything out, and dispose of the damaged furniture. They were always professional and very communicative. And the final price for their services was very reasonable! Highly recommend!
After a rat infestation, my dirt crawlspace had lots of rat droppings and there was also some mold. While I thought the quoted price was high, it was $3,000 less than a second estimate and I found the estimator, Amanda, very knowledgeable and personable. 911 Restoration is extremely professional and gave me excellent service. They were able to start fixing and restoring my crawlspace very quickly. The project manager and the crew that worked on my house were all very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I hope to never have another disaster like I did, but if I did, I’m definitely calling them again.
