Had some trouble connecting possibly my phone or their system,but we worked it out. Amanda arrived in good time did a good inspection using infrared and moisture meters as well as visual and found a leak in the hot water heater's top water connection I wasn't aware of.The enclosure passed didn't need to be torn out and rebuilt,so another step closer to replacing my broken hot water heater. Thanks for the quick response, definitely on my who to call list.
911 Restoration was quick to respond to our problem. Sam came right away to evaluate and explain what the process would be to make our house a safe environment for our family. The 2 members of his crew were polite and respectful to us and our home. They completed the job that morning so the plumber could complete the repair that afternoon.
Our upstairs toilet leaked onto our Family room below.They were clear and concise in describing their procedures to us. They informed us well as they kept tabs on our house during the “drying out” process, and were clear regarding any possible things that could go wrong.
