Ronnie at 911 Restoration must never sleep bc he took Kevin’s call from Michaels Plumbing near 3:30am and was on the issue the next day. I knew nothing about claims and 911 took the headache outta the legal jargon. I’m very impressed with Ronnie’s professionalism and speed. He really knew how to pull the right teams of people together. And “TEAMS” it took ! Thank You 911 Restoration 👊

We had a pipe burst under our house and then we got a hold of John Black and 911 Restorations. They showed up within hours and got to work removing water and damage. Their crew was amazing and professional and they worked with our insurance company with no hangups. It took a few days to get all the water out and dried up but when the guys showed up every day they were cheerful and assuring that all would be taken care of. I hope you never need them but when you do you won’t find a better crew!

Had some trouble connecting possibly my phone or their system,but we worked it out. Amanda arrived in good time did a good inspection using infrared and moisture meters as well as visual and found a leak in the hot water heater's top water connection I wasn't aware of.The enclosure passed didn't need to be torn out and rebuilt,so another step closer to replacing my broken hot water heater. Thanks for the quick response, definitely on my who to call list.
