First off, first class dentistry happening here. from the booking, and the reminders, and the day of reminder to the parking and walking in let’s say 6 stars. NO WAY I was missing this appointment. Next, walking in, the aesthetics are clean (as it should be) and classy. Appointment happened on time and when I went back, I felt like I was in the VIP. This dentist office has been the best one I have visited my entire life. The staff are all very kind, they are very accommodating, and are willing to work with what I want. Not to mention their office is so nicely decorated and organized. I will recommend this dentist to anyone who asks me.
Dr. Vi Dang was so nice and helpful today at my appointment, she walked me through my x-rays and explained me everything very well. (I got diagnosed to get a crown in a different place but she did my exam and confirmed I didn’t) However she did a little polishing to make my filling smooth again). I did get a filling done and the whole process was quick and smooth, they were checking on me constantly to make sure I was doing fine. I went to 915 Smile Studio after being referred through Fort Bliss since there were no on-post appointments. They got me in within just three days, amazing! The office is super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff was so friendly, and I loved getting text reminders and being able to fill out my info ahead of time. Bonus points for the TVs on the ceiling, such a fun touch during dental work! I had five dental fillings done in under 40 minutes (seriously impressive).
