Today was the first visit for an orthodontist consultation for my nine year old daughter with Dr. Helen Weinberg and my daughter felt at ease within minutes. The office is very modern and her staff is friendly. Dr. Helen Weinberg took the time to explain exactly what the issues and recommendations are and why she recommends her process over others. Dr.wee made my son (age 5) feel totally comfortable and at ease and talked him through everything she was going to do throughout his teeth cleaning visit. And my older child also enjoyed her gentle touch as well. The office was clean and delightful as well. 5 stars.
I’ve been to half a dozen pediatrics dentist in the city and have had all sorts of experiences, but none like 949 - I was AMAZED, from the person I talked to on the phone, to the front desk staff, to the assistant staff, everyone was so pleasant and so nice. My daughter had 2 cavities filled, it has been a stressful process finding someone who takes our insurance, 949 was great, efficient but not rushed. I scheduled an annual check-up for my two children through finding the clinc in my insurance company’s website, ensuring that the provider was listed as in-network. Prior to scheduling, the office informed me that they were no longer in-network.I had confirmed with the office that the visit would still be covered under my out-of-network benefits, which they reaffirmed at the time of the appointment.
