I highly recommend 9th St., Self Storage!!! The units are top-notch with easy to use technology for access. The grounds are always kept clean and and I have a piece of mind knowing that my personal belongings are safe there. By far the best quality storage anywhere near Cedar Creek Lake! It's conveniently in Mabank, right off of 175. The staff is very attentive to all your needs & questions. I was given a tour & allowed to look at multiple units while I was deciding between a 10x10 & 10x15. They allowed me to select a unit where I wanted (close to a door). They showed me how to use their key-free app to enter/exit the site, building, & my unit. NOT having to buy a lock, keep track of a key, & remember a gate code is a huge plus for me! Overall 5 stars, great customer service, always got right back with me if I had any questions. Easy access in and out, even with a big trailer! I’d definitely use them again! They also waved my late fee the first month because it was due a week after I got the unit and only get paid by-weekly.
I’ve had a great experience using 9th Street Storage in Mabank Texas. The owners have been very responsive and helpful. I struggled a little to figure out how to sign up online and they walked me through the process and made it much simpler for me. I also really like the technology they use for the facility. Very nice, clean facility. Hi-tech system for entry to unit. Great surveillance in place so I would never worry about my belonging. The building seems to be very insulated as it is always a nice comfortable temperature. Would recommend to anyone needing storage
