This is one of the best storage facilities in GBC. I liked that it was keyless but security was top tier. Everyone is respectful and helpful. Only thing id say is to bring your own spray for bugs or moth balls and make sure all your things are securely closed.
I moving in from out of state, I must say the owner & son made me feel much more comfortable picking out a storage unit from out of state . Owner even met my son so he could show him around . I’m very big on customer service & they all were amazing. Blessed to know that there are people who believe in great customer service service ! Thank you guys :)
Highly recommend this awesome storage facility! Very clean and well kept. I felt safe and secure having my belongings there. Very nice security on doors and gates. The owners/management are Top Notch! 10/10 recommendation. I will definitely be using them for any future storage needs.
Love 9th street self storage. The app is great because I can grant access to my employees and get notified when they are there and how long. Definitely the most advanced storage facility in the area.
By far the best quality storage anywhere near Cedar Creek Lake! It's conveniently in Mabank, right off of 175. The staff is very attentive to all your needs & questions. I was given a tour & allowed to look at multiple units while I was deciding between a 10x10 & 10x15. They allowed me to select a unit where I wanted (close to a door). They showed me how to use their key-free app to enter/exit the site, building, & my unit. NOT having to buy a lock, keep track of a key, & remember a gate code is a huge plus for me!
