Although they did a wonderful job installing carpeting in my home, they failed horribly installing LVP flooring in my kitchen, dining, and laundry rooms. They lifted it multiple times to add patch product, making the flooring worse. The LVP joints were cracking and coming apart and were further damaged each time it was lifted. We had our kitchen floor re-done. Ceramic tiles taken up and new ceramic tiles laid. A1 Flooring did a horrible job! The quote that was given was incomplete. ..we were told the subfloor would not need replacing but on the day of the tear out the workers informed us we would need new subfloor. In order to keep the job on the required time line we were required to arrange purchase & pick up of the plywood subfloor. The workmanship was substandard.
