Glenda, in the front office at A1 Storage, Copley Dr, San Diego, CA was patient, kind, & knowledgeable. She is a valuable employee! The space was clean. Only one issue, the hall light goes off too soon & I have to go down the hall & move my arms to get it on again.

Chris the store manager was excellent in answering my questions and arranging for my storage unit rental immediately. He is extremely courteous and provides fast service. I would definitely recommend this storage facility. This is my second storage unit and I’m very pleased with the cleanliness and attention to detail in every step of the process.

Very communicative and friendly, nice clean space, good opening deals and reasonable long term costs, easy access. Have had 2 units in this A1 Facility and one in another, always feel comfortable - transparent up front and responsive!
