Nice hotel with a Tiki, Hawaiian theme. Attractive pool and commons area. Plenty of palm trees as well as nice views of the mountains. They advertised a heated pool, but the water was ice cold; no one wanted to go swimming. I complained about it along with many others but I don't think they did a dang thing about it. The hot tub was nice. And busy. Also, the running water in the room wasn't as cold as I wanted it. Nor as hot in the shower. Decent place but not sure I'd stay again.

rooms are very antiquated need upgrade heat only in bedroom had to tighten the toilet seat clean

I accidentally booked here instead of Agua Caliente. Reservations.com directed me to this hotel when I was booking for Agua Caliente and I thought they were sister hotels (it’s my first time in Palm Springs). They are Polynesian Themed and they have a nice little pool area. When we went there, the guests are actually decent not sketchy like what you see in most motels. The staff are friendly so that’s a major plus! All in all not bad for $150/night.

The customer service we received from Lorraine was friendly and professional. We unfortunately had to postpone our trip and Lorraine was very responsive and helpful in providing a refund and the information we needed. I will definitely stay here when we get a chance to finally visit Palm Springs.

Lorraine in the office was wonderful, very accommodating. Great size pool w bar right next to it. Great place to relax.

Great location, nice pool. Rooms were a little disappointing. Patched wallpaper, bathroom floor tiles cracked and uneven, no door on fridge to lessen noise (looks like it had a leak and door was taken off and not replaced) As we checked in, we were notified of a party at the Reef Saturday night, and as the music got louder later into the evening I tried to call the front desk to inquire how long it would go on for.
