Ryan was on time and very professional. He found all 3 wasp nests very quickly but searched my home thoroughly to be sure he got all the critters. He also cleared my home of all spider webs and treated the home for those. With the money back guarantee I recommend Deft to one and all. It seems the communication got totally out of whack initially, but Jerrod came out twice and took care of two bees/wasp nests , in which one of them was very hard to spot. Great job Jerrod !
