All I can say is Thank You! This is the first time using Cassell Auto for a repair. Howie and Lou are really true gentleman when dealing with their customers. I had a problem with my a/c and they tried to fix it starting with the least expensive parts possible. I still had a problem and they diagnosed it right away without charging me again. My family has been going to Cassels Garage for as long as I can remember! The customer service is amazing, and I consult Howard before making a car purchase. Eleven years ago I found myself in need of a car. After talking with me about my needs, Howard recommended and was able to help me find a 2005 Scion xB. That little car has been amazing! I brought my 2008 Lexus ES350 in to have them check out an A/C problem. A couple of hours later they called to tell me the problem was one of the 2 fans was inop and gave me a $950 estimate.The Lexus dealer told me the evaporator was the problem and $2,500 to fix to replace. Cassell’s final bill was $100 less than their original estimate. Now how often does happen.......NEVER! I’m bringing my car back to them this week to work on my brakes. This is a “stand up” repair shop and I highly recommend them.

I've got a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee I've owned for 19 years and it's been a very reliable vehicle. I brought it to Cassels Garage for a transmission fluid and filter change. The team there did a great job. Howard even took the time to do a test drive with me after the maintenance was done. I highly recommend this outstanding business and will absolutely use their services again.

Another service Cassels Garage offers, are used cars, maintained and well-documented. I've bought three over the years, with good results. Howard knows the history and mechanical condition of the vehicles he offers, typically cars and trucks he's maintained for customers over the years, and you can buy without worrying about a deliberately hidden flaw or patched-to-run temporary repair that some car lots seem to employ. Have been coming to Cassels for a couple years now and they have always been fair, professional, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and tell all my friends about them. My "Change Oil Soon Light" came on, but I'd only driven 200-300 miles since my last oil change. I first called Cassels Garage to ask them if it was safe for me to drive with it on, and Lou assured me it was, and to swing by whenever I was out their way, and they'd reset it for me. --- So today I popped in while I was out, and within minutes, Howard checked it out for me, reset it, and I was back on my way!
