Easy to rent as a new customer. I love that you can do it all online. Glad it’s close to home. The temp inside is perfect. Especially on these awful hot days. They have a couple of those flat bed carts (thank YOU!) but be careful going through the inside doors! Lol
Pleasantly pleased with the customer service here. I dropped off my camper and realized an hour later that I left some milk in the fridge. John was very helpful and was able to get Kim, who politely declined a tip, to take the milk out for me. Saved me half of day! Thank you both!
Really friendly people getting started was fast and easy right over the phone took about 10 minutes to do the paper work and make my payment I would really recommend this place to anyone looking for storage for there stuf also there boat and RV’s
Loved that I could call someone and setup storage. Camper was secure and everything was fine when picked up. Only drawback is the 98 road to get there but that is not the storage places fault. Just take it slow. Thanks!
I have had 2 climate controlled units for 4 yrs at A Affordable Storage, (formerly known as Class A Storage) in Elberta, AL. The new owners of A Affordable are very easy to work with & they made the new transition very easy. I'm also able to reach someone on the weekends for any issue or questions. I especially appreciate the excellent assistance from John, who manages the units now. He went above & beyond in helping through the new transition.
