Good place to store a boat, easy access to the lake. Covered storage, ground cover is mostly asphalt gravel.
For the Granbury location, the larger fully enclosed storage garage style units avoid them at all cost! When it’s rains you get standing water in the storage every time which makes for a muddy mess, because the floor is only gravel/dirt. I have notified A-Affordable multiple times and still nothing has happen for over a year! If you are keeping a boat in there your feet are always muddy after rains so you have to take your shoes off each time to get in and out of the boat or every thing else will get muddy.
Great customer service and very low prices which keeps customers coming back. My only suggestion install some sort of 1 or 2 ft high barrier so rodents can't just walk, crawl in and around RVs, vehicles from adjacent fields.
We just moved our new 30ft Camper into A-Affordable storage in Granbury Tx. We picked this storage over the many others available because of how it is so professionally well built. It looked like and turned out to be the safest storage around. The design of the property makes it so easy to move the camper around the property. The amenities are top notch. Great Location, They have all the features I needed with the best prices I could find at a reasonable distance from my home. Staff was professional and helpful to an extreme. Also I am always trying to save money since I need 3 units , they gave me a10% discount for paying for the year upfront, I don't know if they always offer that or if it was a special grand opening offer, But I saved a lot. Also I have an RV that is very big and it's hard to find units that size and even harder at that price.
