Getting the unit over the phone was challenging. Many times we called there was no answer. Then when they called back the call quality was bad due to cell service in their area. Then when we finally did start getting it set up over the phone, there were children making noise in background needing the attention of our service representative. My things feel very secure here, billing is on time and easy, staff is friendly, true 24 accessibility, fast to respond to any issue's, fair pricing, timed lights, electrical outlet availability, free air machine for tire's, solid building materials, nice new concrete without cracks or gravel
Started renting here July 2023. Competitive prices!! Thank you for that in this difficult economy. Driveways have wide aisles and are paved!!! Brand new facility, 30amp plug in the enclosed unit is a thoughtful amenity, automatic lights, and tall ceilings. Noticed how care was taken to route water away from enclosed units and down the center of the aisle way, will see how that goes when the rain comes back, do not anticipate problems.
