I liked the facility, the layout, and the amenities. A+ on that! The keypad and gate was frequently inoperative, and we heard several accounts of vandalism and theft of property. We chose to move out and went to a different part of town to hopefully minimize the threat of a loss.
So, we have been using this storage location to store our Class A, covered with electric for about 7 months now. On a few occasions when we first got our unit we have tried to call the office number, no one answered and it just rang so you couldn't leave a message. Two of those times was because we could not get in after office hours even though our account had been completed for after hours access. We submitted everything, it just wasn't processed. Great place if you need covered spot for car boat or RV storage. They have big and small spots and enclosed parking. Good price easy in and out
Great place! Lots of room! Has water, electricity, and a dumping station! Super easy to sign up for and the place is locked up, needs a code to enter and leave.
They have a nice clean facility, and they had the best price I could find locally. The only problem any of you will have with them is they are very difficult to get on the phone. I've read horror stories about people getting locked inside because their code wouldn't work and having to climb the fence to get out.
