We have been very picky customers. Management has been more than accommodating to us and we are grateful.
So far I have not had a good experience. They are very difficult to contact, have have hidden stipulations that are not in any of the paperwork you sign such as needing a copy/photo copy of your driver's license to have access to 24h access. If that was stated I wouldn't have had to spend 45 minutes bringing it there and back home. I called the day after during their inconvenient hours and was told about the policy on needing a copy of the driver's license that I provided straight away. Spacious lots and lanes to accommodate our travel trailer. Reserving a spot was quick and easy.
I store my expensive bass boat here and I love it because it is convenient to get the boat, go fish, bring it back and I go home. They are close, clean and I get what I pay for.
