Super easy to sign up. Great prices and customer service. Everytime I have called, someone immediately answers the phone. Very nice facility with included power access.
I am very satisfied with the Joshua facility and consider it a cost effective solution for storing my camper. Management has been more than courteous in answering any and all questions. I’m a happy customer!
So far I have not had a good experience. They are very difficult to contact, have have hidden stipulations that are not in any of the paperwork you sign such as needing a copy/photo copy of your driver's license to have access to 24h access. If that was stated I wouldn't have had to spend 45 minutes bringing it there and back home. I called the day after during their inconvenient hours and was told about the policy on needing a copy of the driver's license that I provided straight away. We have been very picky customers. Management has been more than accommodating to us and we are grateful.
Spacious lots and lanes to accommodate our travel trailer. Reserving a spot was quick and easy.
