New ownership at Hard Luck (which was Hard Luck storage) has changed this from what used to be affordable to now a "not-affordable" storage place (thus the new name of "A-Affordable" to gaslight reality.) Rate increases for long term customer, across a 3 month time frame have now totaled 220% with no guarantee on price stability, blamed on inflation. Promised "9-12 months of steady rental price" in letters but actually executes on 30 day rental price increases.
We have stored our RV here for the past 3 years and highly recommend this facility. It is very safe, secure, and offers the best rates in this tri-county area. Harvey, the owner, is super knowledgeable about RVs and auto repairs. He has successfully repaired both our RV and our car on several occasions.
We met Harvey 3 years ago while looking for storage for our RV. He has a large controlled storage facility . He is wonderful to work with. Best part of this storage facility is that his home and auto repair business are right next door. Hard Luck Storage has covered as well as open storage. Rates are very reasonable.
The management team has done everything right to accommodate us. It is a great place to store our RV. Looks secure and I have peace that they will make our time with them a great one.
Nice location. But move itt was hard. Neighbors had to let me in. I moved out after a month and I never got back my deposit.
