I worked for this company for nearly three years. I never received a W2 for the first two years. The second year I made a 1000 less then the year before and never took any time off. They simply don't care if you get paid. They don't. I spent more time trying to be paid with A Better Life. I left and they ask me to come back offered me money. This place made everything well worth it. Honestly it wasn't a hassle at all. Working through them is amazing and they are there for you if you need help with anything. Until recently I always was having issues getting paid. Which has cause me major issues. Not getting paid for a month really about did me in. Because I have to still pay for reconnecting fees overdraft fees and whatever else. Im still $500 behind just because I havent the been able to catch up yet. I did get a new HR guy and he's been great to work with. His name is Carlos C. Well thats all I got to say besides we all need a raise.
Better life is a great company to do Be a personal Care Giver through. They are great with their communication skills and answer any questions or concerns you have very well!! One of the best companies I’ve worked for in a long time.
