We used A Better Pools for our build from end of October 2023- beginning of March 2024. We are very pleased with how everything came out. All subcontractors that came throughout the process did quality work and were respectful on our property. The design came out 100% to the proposed design during our initial consultation. Our only critique with A Better pools was the lack of communication throughout the process. So I've read some other reviews and they state not being kept informed through the process. Let me start by saying that Rich my sales and designer was absolutely brilliant! Always patient with my changes and always replied to text or calls. Bob the owner contacted me informing me of each stage from start to finish!
