Mike with AC Rescue came to my home 1pm sharp he said the thermostat was programmed wrong. He then said I’m just gonna check something else. Absolutely Terrible Experience – Dishonest and Disrespectful Company AC Rescue was sent by my home warranty company and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. They claimed my system needed 7 pounds of refrigerant, even though my system doesn’t even hold that much. They did work for me through AHS. I had routine maintenance on my system and the tech pointed out that there were a couple of things that they missed when the air handler was installed. He suggested I call them to see if they would come back out and do the right thing since they missed a couple of things. I emailed them-no response. Completely Unreliable – Still No AC After 3 Weeks I’m beyond frustrated with AC Rescue Inc. They’ve come out four times in the past three weeks and still haven’t fixed my air conditioning.
