I have never had a home health experience before. I had heart surgery in January and the hospital connected me with “a care connection” company. The nurse who visited was named Regina. She was absolutely amazing! She is knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. She was very helpful in explaining how to care for the incision sites. Regina made a huge difference in my overall outlook and healing process. This is an excellent company, And anyone would be fortunate to have Regina come to care for you.
Following a recent surgical procedure I hired A Care Connection to provide home health care for 24 hours a day (2-12 hour shifts) for 1 week. In total I had 7 or 8 caregivers. Some were helpful, kind and I'm sure honest but after they left at the end of the week, I began to notice things missing from my house: sterling silver and stainless flatware, dishes, glassware, a very good kitchen knife and even some clothing. This has been of the best nursing working experience I had back in 2020. My time at A Care remained forever with me. The office staffs are great, Debbie the owner is just awesome, and cares very much for each employee.

I have worked for this company for 4yrs , in fact they are the best and also very quick to help whenever there is a need, Amanda and Jackie are always available to listening. The owner of the Company, Ms Derbie is always there to ensure that the caregivers and clients are happy, the management team work is perfect. This is the best company everyone will like to work for, i have worked for so many companies but A Care Connection is the best. Am so grateful to be part of them and i will recommand them for FIVE STARS.
