Great place to store things- definitely not a good place to store your a family- trust me, it did not go over well. I saw a guy show up with a huge pick up truck with a single wooden dining room chair in the back. He opened his unit, which was flex to the brim in obviously really important things, and then proceeded to stuff the chair in there just enough to close the door. I have rented from Family Storage for three years. A. Down size and Retirement B. Closed a 30 year business C. Storage of Family Memory Boxes Cary on Oracle is a very good manager. He is nice & a good business person. Thank you. I hate paying for storage BUT company records & Family Memory box can NOT be Tossed out.
I’ve been renting a unit here for a very long time and finally moved my stuff out. The managers have changed many times over the years but they were all courteous and helpful. They have called to remind me if I ever forgot a payment and when I was hospitalized with Covid, they waived the late fee. Thank you for providing such a great service all these years
I want to commend Cary on his exceptional service. I was clearing out my unit of unwanted stuff. Donate, recycle and disposal, an ongoing purge, hard for a hoarder like me. After I loaded up and got ready to go; I found out I had a flat tire...Damn Nail!!! Long story short, Called my Partner Milo to save me, but not much he could do. This place is great. Customer service is really service Service that's personal I feel, they are good to me. My friend didn't lock the shed right, and when he checked on the storage units he called me with no demands but I informed me that I need to fix it. That's what's service means . A Great Place for storage
