My rates increased by 40 dollars a month. These thieves pretty much stole my property. I can’t afford the increase and can’t get my large items out by myself. They sent a fake apology about their price increase saying it was to,pay for improvements. What a crock. So they passed on permanent rate increases to pay for one time property improvements that no one asked for. They are now the most expensive storage in the state.
