I had the pleasure of working with Roxanne throughout my whole experience with A Family Storage and she was nothing but helpful and kind. She explained the whole process when I first got the unit and explained how the app works and the rules of the storage. She would send friendly reminders when I forgot to make payments and explained the process when I wanted to end the contract. Storage units are clean and easily accessible. I would highly recommend this Storage Unit for all your storage needs.
Friendly staff, clean area, good location for us at the time. The pricing was a little high but other then that I would use this location again.
I had a great experience. Derek was very professional and very helpful with my storage needs I strongly recommend this facility if you ever need short or long term storage. And very clean units
I would recommend any of the A-Family storage facilities. I use the one near Broadway and Harrison and it's always clean. Easy to get in and out of except for late at night. It closes around 7 :00 p.m. they just recently changed their overall management. From what I understand, the owner decided that she needed more time to do things. Overall great customer service. However they almost doubled the price of my unit from one month to the next. I understand rate increase are necessary with the current financial situation, but increases of this magnitude are centered around greed.
