I had the pleasure of working with Roxanne throughout my whole experience with A Family Storage and she was nothing but helpful and kind. She explained the whole process when I first got the unit and explained how the app works and the rules of the storage. She would send friendly reminders when I forgot to make payments and explained the process when I wanted to end the contract. Storage units are clean and easily accessible. I would highly recommend this Storage Unit for all your storage needs.
The young lady that helped with the contract was extremely helpful and pleasant. She presented herself as knowledgeable and very supportive. I had a very good experience.
Overall great customer service. However they almost doubled the price of my unit from one month to the next. I understand rate increase are necessary with the current financial situation, but increases of this magnitude are centered around greed.
Christopher was very helpful and professional. Unit was clean and easy access.
I used this storage place for years! This place is great! Never had any problems, good access hours, secure site, and very nice staff! Would highly recommend to anyone.
