Overall great customer service. However they almost doubled the price of my unit from one month to the next. I understand rate increase are necessary with the current financial situation, but increases of this magnitude are centered around greed.
I used this storage place for years! This place is great! Never had any problems, good access hours, secure site, and very nice staff! Would highly recommend to anyone.
I would recommend any of the A-Family storage facilities. I use the one near Broadway and Harrison and it's always clean. Easy to get in and out of except for late at night. It closes around 7 :00 p.m. they just recently changed their overall management. From what I understand, the owner decided that she needed more time to do things.
