Absolutely horrible customer service from this new employee Anthony. Called to say the unit wasnt cleaned out, I let him know im out of town and cannot get it done today but will send someone .. Well when I got someone to go a few hours later, he had the unit LOCKED ALTHOUGH im paid up til the 20th! Then sends a threatening email 3 hours after the office is closed to say they will continue charging me until im sent to collections .. Well tell me Anthony, how am I to clean it out WHEN YOU LOCKED ME OUT ALTHOUGH IM PAID UP !?!... read more
They said the second month was free but they didn’t tell me they I had to pay $12 insurance for the second month. They locked me out for $12. I would not recommend this place to anyone
Great staff attention to meet all your storage needs. Mr. ROMERO went out of his way to be sure my customer experience was the best possible. I had a smaller unit wanting to upgrade into a large unit. He paid attention to my needs so when the location of the unit I requested became available he contacted me by phone letting me know it had become available. Did little paper work and I was moving. None of the other staff working at this location cared enough about meeting my needs did not care if I left the location or not... read more
I love this facility! The resident manager is amazing and so helpful. She always helps me out and always has a storage unit perfect and ready for me. Thank you so much for helping me with my dreaded move and making everything a little easier!
Horrible customer service. I called in my first payment and asked to be put on auto pay. I gave the person my information and they assured me I would get an email to confirm. My second bill comes around I get assessed a late fee, I call and let the person know it was a mistake and I was basically called a lier and told I couldn't possibly have been told that. He refused to rectify the late fee, he couldn't have cared less and refused to take responsibility for the bad information I was given. I definitely will not be making ... read more
