Secure facilities yet easy to enter using the app. Also easy to open your storage unit with the app. On my first visit the door on my unit was jammed and wouldn’t open. Called the phone number and Rigo quickly came and saved the day. Recent asphalt work caused debris to accumulate under the door. Appears to be a clean and safe facility 👍🏻
AFS has been my go to for the past 9 years. When I first moved to Tucson, I found the staff friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean and access was great. Recent updates have made access even better. AFS has different sized locations that have helped store several rooms of furniture for several months, until our house was built, then allowed access to moving trucks to drop off and pick up. They definitely provide storage for any size need.
Worst experience I've ever had. Rented a unit that was inaccurately sold to me (asked for a hobby unit, did not receive one). Went to the front office during open hours (about an hour after they opened) and no one was there. A vehicle was parked nearby the manager's suite. Called 3 times, rang the Ring doorbell several times, no one came to the door. Called through to the answering service who told me "someone would call me at some point." This is the second time I have stored things temporarily at A Family Storage. The manager is wonderful.I can’t believe he remembered me from 5 years ago. The facility is well kept up and managed. What more could i ask for.
I have used this storage company off and on for years and they have always taken wonderful care of me as a customer and great care of my belongings.
