Awesome Storage facility, everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. The Storage is very secure, with a new automated system newly installed. Always clean and well maintained.
The worst thing is the electronic locks that were installed this past year. The old pads locks worked fine and took two seconds, the electronic locks take 10-15 minutes to open. The roll up doors allow rodents, insects and a lot of dust in the unit. The cost has gone up to $200 per month. I’m glad I don’t need a rental unit any longer.
Awesome! Recently Rigo helped when my app suddenly disappeared from my phone. Today I needed more help from Rebecca which she enthusiastically provided. Employees like these make doin business with A Family Discount Storage a piece of cake!

We have used multiple A-Family Storage facilities on and off for over 15 years now. I’m not sure how the pricing compares to that of their competitors, but the ease of use, ease of access, and overall communication well exceeds much of their competition. We recently vacated our unit on Magee, but in the future when we need storage again we will be going right back to A-Family.
