The place is in need of new management, reconsider keeping your things here. My unit just recently got broken into and the new lady in charge just laughed it off and had no urgency or remorse. Place is unprofessional do not do business here. I wasn’t even notified of the break in and had to found out myself when I went and found it. The place is unsafe with someone who doesn’t do their job. A family doesn’t take break ins seriously.
This place was cheap and they worked with me when I needed it. Very clean and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.
Julio Cardenas was super sweet and friendly! He has great service and takes care of those who rent from him. He offered me and my grandma help and even provided us with water. If you are looking for a place to keep your belongings definitely come here!!
