I’ve been with this bank for over 12 years! Never once had any problems, and customer service has always been fantastic! Keep up the great work!
I needed help with a transaction but the lobby was not yet open. The person who helped me at the drive through was able to complete my transaction to my complete satisfaction.
Amanda was very patient and understanding with a very complex issue me and my mother were having. She took the time to figure out the correct way to handle it and did it with poise and great customer service. 10/10 experience
